DESCRIPTION
Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor with 5 years of experience to join our team on a challenging commissioning project at a solar plant. If you are a proactive professional with strong leadership skills and experience in photovoltaic installation commissioning, this is your opportunity!
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate electrical activities during the solar plant commissioning phase.
* Ensure compliance with work procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
* Conduct functional and performance tests on electrical equipment (inverters, transformers, cells, etc.).
* Identify and efficiently resolve technical issues.
* Manage and coordinate assigned personnel, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
* Prepare progress reports, non-conformance reports, and activity closure reports.
* Collaborate closely with other departments (mechanical, civil, etc.) to ensure system integration and proper plant operation.
* Participate in design reviews and construction planning from an electrical perspective.
* Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all performed activities.
**Requirements:**
* Technical or university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience supervising electrical installation assembly and/or commissioning, preferably in photovoltaic solar plants.
* Solid knowledge of high- and medium-voltage electrical systems.
* Experience conducting startup and commissioning tests.
* Ability to interpret electrical drawings, P\&IDs, and technical documentation.
* Knowledge of national and international electrical regulations.
* Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Safety orientation and commitment to quality standards.
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office).
* Valid work permit (if applicable).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specific experience in inverter and monitoring system commissioning.
* Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
* Technical English proficiency (reading technical documentation).
* Certifications in occupational health and safety.
