Soil and Pavement Engineer Requirements: Licensed Engineer With a minimum of 03 years of post-licensing experience as an engineer, responsible, or supervisor in: Geotechnics, Geology, Soils, Asphalt, Pavements, among others. Must have the Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
