Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and lead fieldwork related to streamflow monitoring and water source inventory, hydraulic infrastructure, and water users. * Conduct streamflow monitoring, including topographic surveying of flow measurement sections, downloading water level records from sensors, and precipitation records from rain gauges, as well as office-based data processing. * Install and commission pressure sensors and rain gauges within the project’s area of influence. * Develop hydraulic schematics identifying potential water sources for irrigation, specifically for bofedal compensation purposes. * Process field data—including streamflow, precipitation, water levels, and topographic cross-sections—in CIVIL 3D. * Compile streamflow databases and water source and infrastructure inventory forms in accordance with current regulations. * Prepare field documentation related to HSE, work plans, PETS, ATS, IPERC, and emergency response plans. * Ensure quality control by actively engaging in and reviewing project deliverables prior to submission to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare proposals for surface water consultancy services. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the performance of assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines, with at least four (4) years of general professional experience. * Preferred experience in fieldwork related to streamflow monitoring, water source and hydraulic infrastructure inventory, and water user assessment for the mining sector. * Preferred experience in streamflow monitoring at radar-type hydrometric stations, including flow measurement using salt dilution or area–velocity methods; downloading water level records from sensors; topographic surveying of flow measurement sections using differential GPS; and downloading precipitation records from rain gauges. * Proficiency in QGIS, Google Earth, Civil 3D, R, Java, Dart, or Python. * Willingness to travel to field sites, including high-Andean zones. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 4**Job Posting** Dec 10, 2025, 7:12:52 PM
