At Grow Talent Perú, we are seeking Customer Service personnel for our client "Masaro Coffee and More", a well-known café in Chiclayo. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Greet, guide, and serve customers in the dining area. Explain the menu and make consumption recommendations. Take orders at the counter or table as appropriate. Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely product delivery. Maintain order, cleanliness, and presentation of the dining area, tables, and service zones. Assist in assembling takeout or delivery orders. Restock utensils and service materials. Comply with customer service, safety, and hygiene protocols. Provide support to the cashier area during peak demand periods, if required.
