Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of Stoll textile machines, guaranteeing operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on Stoll knitting machines. 2. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electromechanical failures. 3. Machine adjustment, calibration, and configuration according to production requirements. We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic specialized in Stoll textile machines, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial knitting equipment. The candidate must ensure operational continuity, minimize downtime, and maintain the company’s established quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Stoll knitting machines. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical failures. * Adjust, calibrate, and configure machines according to production specifications. * Interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and diagrams. * Replace worn or defective parts (needles, sinkers, belts, sensors, etc.). * Verify proper machine operation after each intervention. * Maintain maintenance records and technical reports. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or related field. * Proven experience in maintenance of Stoll textile machines (preferred). * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technical failures. * Availability to work rotating shifts if required. * Responsibility, teamwork, and results orientation. **Key Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Proactivity and continuous improvement.
