Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible technician with experience in technical support, networks, CCTV, and equipment maintenance, capable of working in a team. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users and computer equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software 3. Configuration and installation of systems, networks, and CCTV Responsibilities -Providing technical support to users. -Installing and configuring computers and printers. -Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. -Installing and performing basic configuration of CCTV cameras. -Verifying cabling and network connectivity. -Assisting with basic installation and maintenance of air conditioning units. -Installing software and operating systems. -Handling technical incidents. -Preparing basic reports. Requirements Technical studies in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of: Technical support. Networks. CCTV cameras. Air conditioning. Windows and Office applications. Responsible and proactive. Ability to work in a team.
