Job Summary: We are seeking an Operation and Maintenance Assistant for power transmission projects, responsible for ensuring asset availability and performing maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect substation equipment and transmission lines At Alupar Peru, we are a multinational leader in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking an Operation and Maintenance Assistant for our Transmisora Costa Norte project. **Requirements:** * Must hold a technical degree in industrial electricity or electrotechnology; or a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechatronic-electrical engineering. * Knowledge of electrical maintenance, thermography, corona imaging, power systems, protection systems, and high voltage. * 1–2 years or more of experience in the electrical sector for electric power transmission systems, specifically in substation and/or transmission line operation and/or maintenance areas. * Highly desirable to reside in Lambayeque **Responsibilities:** * Perform substation operation and maintenance activities to ensure asset availability. * Respond to Control Center requests regarding equipment failures and loss of supervision, and execute maneuvers from the substation. * Strictly comply with communication protocols, instructions, coordination with the Control Center, and avoid maneuver errors. * Inspect assigned substation equipment and transmission lines to identify undesirable conditions or anomalies, conduct preliminary fault analysis, and assess equipment condition. * Ensure effective execution of scheduled maintenance work performed by contractors, in accordance with defined work programs and plans.
