Position Profile: We seek a dynamic professional to join our Human Resources team. If you are organized, proactive, and skilled at working in teams, this opportunity is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage personnel recruitment, selection, and hiring processes * Plan and implement training and development programs * Administer labor relations, including contract negotiation, handling staff inquiries, and timely resolution of labor conflicts. * Prepare and manage payroll, calculating salaries, bonuses, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), vacations, and other benefits in accordance with current labor regulations. * Register, declare, and update labor information in PLAME and other systems required by SUNAT * Supervise and verify attendance control, overtime hours, rotating shifts, and accounting provisions **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma · Availability to work in Cieneguilla. · Minimum 2 years of experience in the position. · Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, etc). · Excellent interpersonal communication skills. · Knowledge of Labor Legislation **WHAT WE OFFER:** · Competitive market-based salary · Career progression path · Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
