Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to serve as the operational pillar of the HR department, covering areas from payroll and labor legislation to recruitment, onboarding, and administrative personnel management. Opportunity for growth within an established company We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for our office in Mórrope. You will serve as the operational pillar of the HR department—from payroll and Peruvian labor legislation to recruitment, onboarding, and administrative personnel management. **Work Mode:** Hybrid (3 days onsite / 4 days remote) **Location:** Westfalia Plant Cafeteria, Cartagena Sector, Mórrope, Lambayeque **Working Hours:** 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with 1 day off **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll calculation and support for PLAME and T\-Register filings. * Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel. * Issuance of employment contracts, pay slips, and individual employee documentation. * Creation and maintenance of employee files. * Attendance tracking, transportation allowances, and travel expense control. * Planning and execution of integration activities and events. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar HR roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. **What We Offer** * Formal employment under the REMYPE regime. * Access to SCTR (Complementary Occupational Risk Insurance). * Transportation coverage from your residence to Mórrope. * 100% meal provision at the plant. * Flexible hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at the office, 4 days remote. * Opportunity to grow within an established company operating across multiple regions of Peru.
