Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise civil construction works in the field, coordinate resources, and supervise personnel, ensuring quality and compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise civil construction works in the field 2. Coordinate supply of materials and equipment 3. Supervise and report personnel performance We are looking for a Civil Engineer who meets the following profile: Requirements: * Registered and licensed as a Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this position. * Prior experience in mining units is desirable. * Availability to work on a 14\*7 schedule within a mining unit in Ancash. Responsibilities: * Supervise, in the field, the execution of assigned civil construction works, adhering to established procedures and ensuring high-quality work. * Coordinate timely supply of materials, equipment, additional machinery, and PPE. * Assign tasks in the field to the crew under their responsibility. * Supervise and report personnel performance. * Immediately report any incidents. * Participate in scheduled internal and external inspections. * Other duties as assigned.
