(Mon-Fri, 8-6) \- Main responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate operational resources (buses and personnel) to ensure service delivery. * Plan shift rotations, breaks, and working hours, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements. * Optimize scheduling to reduce incidents and improve service efficiency. * Analyze operational indicators and support achievement of departmental KPIs.
