Key role in ensuring pharmaceutical quality **A prominent pharmaceutical company** is seeking a qualified professional for the position of **QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT**, to be based in **Arequipa**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in **Pharmaceutical Chemistry**. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **Quality Management Systems**. * Familiarity with **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001** is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (desirable). * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in similar roles within pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated industries (desirable). * Basic English proficiency (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and established procedures during production processes. * Supervise compliance with hygiene, order, cleaning, and sanitation standards across facilities. * Develop, review, control, and maintain up-to-date documentation for the Quality Management System, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records. * Administer and track technical product documentation, manufacturing protocols, batch records, and change controls. * Support management of deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow-up on non-conformities. * Participate in internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections, providing documentary support. * Monitor training programs related to quality, GMP, and management systems. * Contribute to maintaining and continuously improving Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. * Prepare area reports and indicators when required. **Offered:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Company-provided transportation. * Professional development opportunity in a leading pharmaceutical company. * Pleasant working environment.
