




**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in accordance with current regulations. * Conduct internal inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate and implement training programs, inductions, and safety talks. * Manage IPERC, OSHMS documentation, and indicator reporting. * Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings and support internal/external audits. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency drills, and emergency response teams. * Report and manage unsafe conditions with responsible departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Specialization in Occupational Safety and Health. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, IPERC, emergency plans, and audits. * Proficiency in Excel and report writing. * **Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (48 hours per week)** **Competencies:** * Prevention-oriented mindset. * Leadership and influence. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Analytical ability and organizational skills.
