Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant for Equipment and Machinery to coordinate, verify, and control the efficient use of machinery on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and control of equipment and machinery in construction projects. 2. Management of machinery maintenance and logistics. 3. Supervision of compliance with safety standards. Grupo SANNY, a leading construction sector company in the central region of the country, is looking for an **EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Professional**: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering * **General experience**: 1 year * **Specific experience**: Minimum 6 months in field production for road, sidewalk, and/or irrigation system projects (public works) **Knowledge** * · **Reading** and interpretation of technical files: drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, budget, and schedule. * **Recording** and control of progress: measurement of production per item. * **Proficiency in**: Lean construction, MS Project, S10, Delphin Express, AutoCAD, Intermediate Microsoft Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Coordinate** scheduling and availability of equipment and machinery according to the production plan and work fronts. * **Verify** the operational status of equipment and machinery before site entry and during use on-site, reporting failures or maintenance needs. * **Control** the efficient use of machinery and equipment in the field, ensuring proper operation and avoiding downtime. * **Coordinate** with the maintenance department for execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * **Record and update** daily equipment and machinery logs (hour meter readings, fuel consumption, hours worked, availability, and stoppages). * **Support** assignment of operators and equipment according to production needs at each work front. * **Supervise** compliance with safety standards during machinery operation and proper equipment usage. * **Manage** logistics related to equipment and machinery, including mobilization, demobilization, and fuel supply. * **Prepare** daily or weekly reports on equipment and machinery performance, availability, and utilization on-site. * **Support** operational cost control related to equipment and machinery usage, reporting deviations or incidents.
