INOXSER S.A.C., a company specialized in the manufacturing and maintenance of stainless steel or black iron, is seeking a responsible, committed, and learning-oriented Project Coordinator, currently in the final academic cycles or undergoing internships in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, to join our Projects team. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Development and preparation of economic proposals. * Review of tender documents and terms of reference. * Management of project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets for project execution. * Monthly invoicing of work performed for clients and ensuring accurate billing. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and client requirements. * Submission of progress reports to project clients and management. * Development and implementation of action plans in response to failures or contingencies, ensuring project continuity and minimizing operational impacts. * Conducting site visits and coordinating in-person and virtual meetings with clients. * Collecting client feedback and proposing improvements to products and services. * Management of resolution of technical and operational incidents post\-implementation. * Preparation of drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree or currently in the final cycles of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP\-management systems.
