At PACOSA, we are seeking a Substation Specialist to join our team and work on our project located in Challapampa. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in **Electrical Engineering**, **Electromechanical Engineering**. * Minimum of two (02) years of experience since obtaining professional licensure as a Substation Specialist and/or Construction Supervision Engineer and/or Construction Inspector and/or Resident Engineer and/or Assistant Supervision Engineer and/or Assistant Resident Engineer for projects equal to or similar to the scope of this vacancy, including any of the following: \- Power substations equal to or greater than 10 MVA. **Responsibilities:** * Review substation drawings and technical documentation * Participate in project engineering and planning * Supervise electromechanical equipment installation * Verify installation of transformers, switchgear, busbars, and structures * Supervise grounding systems and cable conduits * Coordinate work with technical personnel and contractors * Conduct and supervise electrical testing * Participate in commissioning and energization * Verify protection, control, and SCADA systems * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards * Implement electrical safety procedures (LOTO) * Monitor quality, progress, and schedule adherence * Prepare technical reports and progress updates * Develop test protocols and as-built documentation * Diagnose and resolve technical issues on site If you meet the profile and wish to join a solid company in the sector, **we invite you to apply and become part of our team in Cajamarca!** Send us your CV and demonstrate your full potential.
