Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support the Production Manager in monitoring and tracking operational processes within the plastic industry. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with supervisors to collect operational information **Production Assistant – Plastic Industry** A **plastic industry company** is seeking a **Production Assistant** to directly support the Production Manager in monitoring and tracking operational processes. **Responsibilities** * Record daily production (quantities, scrap, time, and consumption). * Verify processes in extrusion, injection, mixing, tetrapack, and assembly areas. * Monitor consumption and stock levels of resins, colorants, and additives. * Update reports in the internal production system. * Coordinate with supervisors to collect operational information. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies (ongoing or completed) in Production, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic industry companies (extrusion, injection, mixing, or similar). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of plastic process parameters and defects. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication * Proactivity and teamwork * Problem-solving skills **Working Conditions** * Work mode: On-site * Working hours: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Microenterprise regime (15 days of vacation, SIS, Life Insurance Law, and SCTR) * Location: Plastic industry industrial plant Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,700\.00 per month Application question(s): * Salary expectation Work location: On-site employment
