Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor with experience in heap leaching processes for gold-bearing minerals and ADR processing plants. Key Highlights: 1. Lead heap leaching processes for gold-bearing minerals. 2. Experience in ADR processing plants and Doré bar production. 3. Knowledge of metallurgical balances and solution hydraulics. ADR PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR For Corihuarmi Mining Unit, located 4 hours from Huancayo, Junín, at an elevation of 4,800–4,900 meters above sea level. Current work schedule is 20 days on / 10 days off (subject to change), with salary negotiable based on documented experience and qualifications. Direct payroll employment with the company, including all statutory benefits. Offered salary is **NOT NEGOTIABLE: S/5,000.00 gross per month.** · Degree holder, registered, and licensed professional in Metallurgical Engineering. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in heap leaching of gold-bearing minerals, ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Reactivation) processing plants, harvesting, and smelting for final Doré bar production. · Knowledge of metallurgical balances and extraction kinetics. · Knowledge of lixiviant solution distribution hydraulics and pumping networks. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise (including PivotTables and Macros) is desirable, as well as AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D. · Familiarity with integrated management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 to meet productivity and OH&S objectives.
