Requirements * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** as an IT Assistant, Technical Support Specialist, or in similar roles. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking. * Knowledge of hardware, software, printer, and peripheral installation and configuration. * Experience in security camera (CCTV) administration is desirable. * **Ability to work under pressure and efficiently handle multiple requests.** Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software. * Address and resolve hardware, software, network, and email incidents. * Manage equipment and technological asset inventory. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Assist in the administration of security cameras and network devices. * Prepare incident reports and follow up on user requests.
