Be part of a solid construction-sector company **Join our team!** At **NUFAGO S.A.C.**, we are looking for an **Information Technology (IT) Manager** to lead the organization's technological management, ensuring technological infrastructure availability, security, and continuous improvement, while providing support to administrative operations and construction projects. Key Responsibilities * Administer and ensure proper operation of the technological infrastructure (servers, networks, equipment, and communications). * Supervise technical support to users and ensure operational continuity of IT services. * Implement technological improvements that optimize company processes. * Manage information security, backups, and system access controls. * Administer corporate platforms and services (Active Directory, VPN, email, among others). * Coordinate with technology vendors on equipment and service procurement, maintenance, and renewal. * Lead technology projects and provide support to various organizational departments. Requirements * Degree in **Systems Engineering**, Technical Diploma in Computing and Informatics, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience performing similar functions. * Knowledge of server administration, networking, technological infrastructure, and cybersecurity. * Experience in technical support management and Microsoft platform administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced).
