Resolve technical incidents and ensure compliance with regulations **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION MANAGER (EDUCATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE)** A construction company is seeking a professional to lead the technical and administrative supervision of **educational infrastructure** projects (schools, educational institutions, and related infrastructure). **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise construction execution per drawings, technical specifications, and schedule. * Coordinate on-site with resident engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. * Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. * Prepare technical reports and construction progress reports. * Verify compliance with safety, quality, and educational sector guidelines. * Resolve technical incidents during project execution. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision; experience in **educational or public works** is preferred. * Proficiency in reading drawings, quantity surveying, and construction control. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel. * Experience in public sector (education) projects is desirable. * **Must reside in Huancayo city.** **Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure. **Benefits:** * Professional development opportunities. * Positive work environment.
