Our company is currently looking for a **Tender Engineer** to join our team.
We seek a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professional with experience in end-to-end management of public and private tender processes.
Requirements
* Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 **years** of experience in tender-related roles within the construction sector.
* Knowledge of public procurement processes (SEACE/OSCE) and private tenders.
* Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
* Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, quantity take-offs, and bill-of-quantities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, S10, and MS Project is desirable.
* Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
Responsibilities
* Manage public and private tender processes.
* Prepare technical and financial proposals.
* Review bill-of-quantities, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation related to tender processes.
* Coordinate with various departments for proposal preparation.
* Monitor the status of tenders.
* Analyze outcomes and propose improvements to increase award rates.
* Support commercial activities and client service.
* Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) guidelines and other company policies.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
