




Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for food preparation and cleaning tasks, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in food preparation and cleaning of utensils. 2. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and disinfected. 3. Comply with hygiene, safety, GMP, and internal procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation and cleaning of utensils. * Support ingredient preparation and dish assembly. * Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and disinfected. * Wash and disinfect utensils, equipment, and surfaces. * Collaborate in inventory storage and control. * Comply with hygiene, safety, GMP, and internal procedures. * Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. * Maintain appropriate uniform and personal appearance. * Take care of property, facilities, equipment, and utensils. * Anticipate and attend to diners' needs **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards. * Prior experience in kitchens or related areas. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. * Competitive market-rate salary.
