Responsibilities: 1. Management of quality and food safety management system documentation (drafting, updating, procedures, work instructions, forms, and records related to plant activities in accordance with current regulations, and certificate renewals). 2. Responsible for implementing, verifying, and maintaining the BRC, organic, SENASA, and DIGESA systems. 3. Maintain the validity of certifications obtained by the company and stay informed about new certifications (e.g., sanitary authorization, BRC, Kosher, organic, etc.). 4. Responsible for coordinating regulatory audits conducted by SENASA, DIGESA, FDA, etc., scheduled by authorities at our facilities. 5. Lead internal and external audits of the implemented systems. 6. Convene and lead HACCP and BRC team meetings at both sites. 7. Coordinate the resolution of non-conformities identified by customers, regulatory bodies (audits), etc.; carried out for each non-conformity arising from internal or external audits. 8. Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits. 9. Responsible for managing and reporting fiscalized product consumption data to SUNAT. 10. Develop, update, and execute HACCP system validations and calibration activities. 11. Develop and maintain up-to-date technical data sheets, specifications, safety data sheets, declarations, labels, and descriptive summaries per product or raw material. We are seeking a proactive Occupational Monitor with availability, responsible for the implementation, follow-up, and control of the company's Occupational Monitoring and OHS programs, aiming to identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Conduct and Coordinate Monitoring:** Plan, coordinate, and carry out monitoring of occupational agents (physical: noise, lighting, vibration, etc.; chemical: dusts, gases, vapors; biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial) according to the established program. * **Safety Inspections and Rounds:** Perform periodic inspections in work areas to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * **Risk Management:** Collaborate in the development and updating of the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix (HIRA) and propose control and mitigation measures. * **Incident Investigation:** Participate in the investigation of incidents, work-related accidents, and occupational diseases, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports of conducted monitoring activities, as well as necessary documentation for the OHS management system. * **Training and Awareness:** Support in training and guiding personnel on OHS topics, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safe work procedures. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety. * **Emergency Response:** Be familiar with and participate in the execution of emergency response plans.
