




At Clínica Sonrisa Segura, La Molina branch, we are seeking an Administrator with experience in team leadership and operational management. **Main responsibilities:** * Administrative and operational management of the clinic * Processing payroll for branch staff * Issuing and coordinating billing for branch doctors * Coordinating onboarding of new staff * Managing schedules and coordinating with dentists and staff * Monitoring payments, cash handling, and billing * Supervising supplies and suppliers * Preparing administrative reports **Requirements:** * Degree in Administration, Management, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in dental clinics or healthcare centers (preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills * Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented individual * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on a rotating schedule * Availability to work onsite in La Molina **We offer:** * Positive work environment * Market-competitive remuneration * Opportunities for professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
