Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources professional with solid experience in payroll management, continuous improvement, processes, and indicator tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Human Resources, Administration, or Industrial Engineering professional 2. Experience in payroll preparation and management 3. Knowledge of process management, continuous improvement, and HR KPIs Requirements: Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field professional. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Strong experience in payroll preparation and management. Knowledge and proficiency in the S10 system. Knowledge of procurement management, continuous improvement, and Human Resources KPIs. Experience in indicator tracking: turnover, workplace climate, performance, regulatory compliance, among others.
