




Job Summary: This position ensures the receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of products, maintaining order, inventory control, and compliance with procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive inventory and product logistics management. 2. Collaboration in goods verification and registration. 3. Order preparation and handling of associated documentation. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure proper receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of products and materials, maintaining order, inventory control, and adherence to internal procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Verify quantity, quality, and condition of received products. * Register received products in the inventory system. * Conduct periodic and physical inventory counts. * Prepare orders according to outbound instructions. * Verify associated documentation (e.g., delivery guides, invoices, etc.). **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Industrial Administrator / Industrial Engineer or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in MS Office – intermediate level – and ERP systems. * Prior experience in human resources or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Basic knowledge of warehouse standards and industrial safety regulations. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
