Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants for food preparation, plating, and cleaning, willing to work two shifts daily to support daily production and staff meals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verifies supplies and performs mise en place for dishes. 2. Assists with labeling, cleaning, and organization. 3. Plating, decoration, and preparation of staff meals. We are looking for personnel to fill the position of Kitchen Assistant, willing to work two shifts daily and capable of performing the main responsibilities outlined below: Verifies that the supplies requested for daily production match the requirements. Performs mise en place for preparing the day's dishes. Assists with product labeling. Collaborates on cleaning and organizing workspaces and equipment. Plates and decorates requested dishes. Helps prepare staff meals according to the weekly meal program. We offer formal employment under the general labor regime starting from the first day of work, along with all associated labor benefits. The contract is for a fixed term but is immediately renewable based on performance. Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
