**Job Description** We are looking for a **responsible and proactive Kitchen Assistant** to support food preparation, organization, and cleaning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen. We are seeking someone eager to learn, able to work in a team, and committed to maintaining quality in every service. **Responsibilities** * Assist in **preparing ingredients** (washing, chopping, portioning, mise en place). * Collaborate in the **preparation of simple dishes**, under the supervision of the chef. * Maintain **kitchen cleanliness and organization**, including equipment and utensils. * Comply with **food hygiene and safety standards (GMP)**. * Support inventory control and ingredient storage. **Requirements** * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in a kitchen (desirable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of food handling. * Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. * Proactivity, punctuality, and responsibility. * Availability to comply with the **kitchen schedule**. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday: 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (kitchen closing). * Sunday: 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (kitchen closing). * **Weekly day off:** Monday or Tuesday (according to schedule). **Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Meals provided during working hours. * Positive work environment and learning opportunities. * Potential for advancement to **Chef** within the company.
