We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the position of **Events Manager**, whose primary role will be to support Management in the planning, organization, and execution of commercial or educational events. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Organize, manage, and supervise the administration and execution of Commercial or Educational Events (venues, reception, catering, transportation, etc). · Receive event participants, guide them, and organize everyone to ensure orderly events focused on the presenter's session. · Coordinate with the marketing department to request designs or digital/physical materials required for events. · Monitor stock levels and ensure event merchandise materials are available. · Accompany weekly guided visits to projects outside Lima, ensuring quality service delivery regarding transportation, catering, or lunch arrangements. · Control sales or money collected during events and perform the corresponding cash reconciliation. · Prepare a final event report to evaluate its development, performance, and productivity. · Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors and/or company shareholders related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor's degree or completed technical studies in Administration or Marketing. · More than 2 years of experience in tasks related to organizing commercial and/or academic events. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
