Participate in innovation processes and implementation of best practices **Date:** 11 Feb. 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Propose, develop, and deploy analytical solutions that generate added value for the business through data-driven decision-making using internal or external information.**What will you do in your role?** * Understand business problems and develop statistical analyses to support decision-making. * Propose analytical solutions aligned with business needs. * Develop Machine Learning models to drive data-based decision-making. * Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide relevant insights and identify business opportunities. * Develop Machine Learning models and execute pilot projects. * Participate in innovation processes and implementation of best practices based on industry leaders’ experiences. * Design, identify, and propose key business metrics that must be driven and measured via Dashboards, descriptive analytics, or predictive analytics. **What do we need from you?** * Technical/University Education: Graduate professional in Statistics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position or performing similar functions. * Additional Training: Data Storytelling, Power BI Visualization, Machine Learning course, Data Science specialization, Deep Learning course. * Software Proficiency: Python, SQL, Power BI, QlikSense, BigQuery. * Intermediate-level English proficiency.
