E.g., if you were scheduled for only 5 hours that day, the additional 4 hours will be paid at 20% above your hourly rate. \- If a holiday falls on your day off and you are required to work, compensation will be double your standard hourly rate. \- Starting from the 2nd month, you may request weekly payment.
