At **CSTI Corp.**, we continue to grow and are looking to add a **Junior IT Assistant** with a service-oriented mindset, eager to learn and contribute to the technology department. **What do we expect from you?** **Technical skills:** * Intermediate-level office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Hardware knowledge: maintenance, diagnostics, and support for PCs, laptops, and printers. * Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11\). * Basic networking: IP configuration, network connection, Wi\-Fi, structured cabling. * Configuration of corporate email accounts (desirable). * Experience handling tickets using helpdesk tools (desirable). * Remote support using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, among others. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support (remote) to internal users. * Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals. * Handle incidents and requests through a ticketing system. * Configure emails, network access, and corporate applications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Assist in managing the IT asset inventory. * Document procedures and solutions. **What do we offer?** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday *(on-site 1 to 2 times per week, the rest remote as needed)*. * Working hours: 08:30 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. * Remuneration: S/ 1,200 under Honorarium Receipt (RxH) payment method. * Opportunity for continuous learning and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
