Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer for the erection of steel structures or industrial buildings, with field experience and project management expertise. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in erection of steel structures and industrial buildings 2. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk, MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD 2D/3D 3. Economic control, valuation reports, and industrial safety A currently valid, licensed Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering graduate is required, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience serving as a Resident Engineer in open-field erection of steel structures or industrial buildings; verification will be conducted via contracts or certificates—please attach simple copies of employment contracts, confirmations, certificates, or any other documents demonstrating the candidate’s professional experience duration. Full proficiency in Autodesk, Monday.com, industrial and field safety, and work execution scheduling using MS Project or Excel (e.g., Gantt charts). Valuation reports, detailed progress reports per work item, economic control and S-curves, safety reports, and As-Built drawing progress reports. Full proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Inventor 2D/3D, SketchUp, and/or Autodesk Revit; comprehensive 3D modeling capability.
