Job Summary: We are seeking Room Hostesses for a leading entertainment company, responsible for welcoming customers, promoting offers, tracking service delivery, and managing prizes with enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcoming and motivating customers in the entertainment room 2. Tracking provided services and managing promotions 3. Redeeming prizes and announcing raffles At RR.HH Cambridge, we are seeking Room Hostesses for a leading entertainment company in the Huacho market. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience as a HOSTESS or PROMOTER. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Welcoming customers in the room and communicating promotions. \- Monitoring service delivery to customers playing in the room. \- Making announcements regarding raffles, promotions, and prizes according to instructions from the Room Manager, in a manner that motivates and excites customers. \- Redeeming display-case prizes for tickets and/or accumulated points. \- Reporting suspicious customer or staff behavior to Security Agents and the Room Manager to prevent or minimize risks. WE OFFER: \- Salary range: S/. 1150 to 1500, depending on room size and experience. \- Benefits as stipulated by law. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments.
