




A major corporate group in an expansion process dedicated to importation and real estate activities is seeking a Logistics Assistant, responsible for providing operational and administrative support in the company's logistics activities, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up of processes related to storage, distribution, and transportation of goods. **Main Functions** · Coordinate and track processes from purchase order to final delivery. Coordinate with customs agents, carriers, warehouses, and international suppliers. Verify and record inventory entries and exits. · Prepare logistics documentation (shipping guides, dispatch orders, invoices, packing lists, picking lists, etc.). · Keep the logistics management system (ERP or similar) updated. · Maintain constant communication with internal departments to ensure proper execution of logistics processes. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. · Provide support to the commercial department in scheduling shipments and stock availability. Assist in negotiating transportation rates and logistics services. · Other duties as required by the direct supervisor. **Requirements** · Technical degree or Bachelor's studies in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. · Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in similar positions within foreign trade, import/export, or logistics companies. · Knowledge of customs regulations, documentary procedures, and logistics (desirable). · Proficiency in office tools (Intermediate to advanced Excel). · Basic to intermediate English (document reading and communication with suppliers). · Experience with ERP systems or logistics management platforms is desirable. **Benefits:** · Timely payments · Pleasant work environment.
