The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and smooth daily operations. Main Responsibilities: Payment and Collection Management: Process supplier payments and manage customer collections. Track accounts payable and receivable. Billing and Record Keeping: Fixed Asset Control: Maintain records and control of the company's fixed assets. Coordinate with different departments to ensure information flow and proper process execution. Organization and Filing: Maintain an organized and accessible archive of financial and administrative documents. Requirements: Education: Graduate or final-year student of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields Knowledge: Treasury, billing, intermediate Excel Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proactivity and problem-solving capability. Desirable: Previous experience in similar roles.
