Content Development: Develop training materials adapted to identified needs. Field Management: Visit sales channels to verify the practical application of knowledge and ensure dissemination of product and policy updates. Audit and Control: Supervise compliance with internal and external policies. Management Reporting: Maintain documentation and report training progress and outcomes for quality measurement. · Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Pedagogy, or related fields. Educational Level: Technical or University degree. Specific Knowledge: Teaching and training techniques.
