Key Responsibilities:* Meet monthly new loan disbursement targets according to your assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where you provide services. * Recover loans while ensuring portfolio quality with less than 3.0% PAR >30 days, according to the monthly portfolio report at month-end. * Follow credit-stage-specific protocols. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly). * Ensure clients remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency from day one of arrears, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. * Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
