




REQUIREMENTS: * Professionals in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Surco. * Must have immediate availability. * Experience managing social media. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and submitting employment contracts to the Ministry of Labor. * Registration in the T-Register. * Preparing payroll settlements. * Preparing payroll lists and evaluating reports from all departments. * Processing payments via Receipts for Professional Services. * Scheduling payments for Bonuses and Vacation allowances. * Proposing improvement ideas for each position. * Other responsibilities. WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday: 6:40 am – 4:40 pm * Saturdays: 6:40 am – 2:30 pm BENEFITS: * Inclusion in the official payroll starting from the 4th month + statutory benefits. * Job-related training. * Employment certificate.
