RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct daily 5-minute safety talks. · Verify the development of Pre\-use, IPERC. · Verify compliance with the written safe work procedure (PETS) for calcium oxide transportation. · Perform visual inspections of calcium oxide cargo units (emergency kit, minimum safety equipment, documentation, alcotest). · Verify and archive safety records (safety talks, IPERC, inspections, route sheets, checklists, Pre\-Use, incidents, others). · Coordinate and manage scheduled HSE activities. · Field supervision of various scheduled tasks. · Review database of transporters and own personnel (vehicle document validity, training courses, trainings, permits, medical exams). · Comply with regulations, standards, and specific instructions applicable to the work area; promote teamwork within operational activities and the IMS. · Schedule and conduct daily job inspections to identify hazards and assess risks in order to implement respective plans to mitigate or eliminate them. · Conduct general inductions, re-inductions, and/or awareness sessions for new personnel; report sub\-standard acts. · Monitor incident reports. · Follow up on observations and implementation of corrective actions in the field. · Carry out planned inspections for the week. · Monitor housekeeping and solid waste management at the plant. · Participate in and coordinate safety activities within the occupational health and safety committee. · Develop and follow up on the monthly HSE supervision program. · Deliver internal training on safety, occupational health, and environment in coordination with operational supervisors; also coordinate external training courses. · Conduct and participate in internal HSE inspections, audits, and/or certifications, as well as those conducted by/for suppliers and/or clients. · Follow up on implementation of recommended corrective measures. · Prepare monthly HSE compliance reports for operational and administrative areas of the business unit. · Report HSE performance of operational supervision and other areas. · Promote a culture of Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. · Verify and report to the respective area supervisor to timely control risks arising from sub\-standard conditions or acts reported by staff, inspectors, the occupational health and safety committee, or regional government officials. · Request SCTR documents and coordinate personnel passes from M\&CALERA SANTA S.A.C. for mine and client facility access according to established procedures. · Request necessary resources for the implementation and execution of the annual HSE program. · Maintain safety statistics (preparation and completion of statistical tables requested by the client and internal ones, calculation of man-hours, and completion of workforce data required by the client). · Submit monthly requests for Personal Protective Equipment and other safety devices in coordination with the Warehouse Manager. · Comply with and promote adherence to Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental objectives; ensure the Integrated Management System achieves its intended results, promoting continuous improvement. · Perform other assigned duties, demonstrating leadership within areas of responsibility. · Participate in updating HSE management tools. · Participate in developing and updating written safe work standards and procedures in coordination with area supervisors and workers. · Identify opportunities for improvement in HSE management across operations. · Disseminate and verify compliance with HSE standards and operational procedures. · Participate in developing Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination matrices for organizational processes. · Participate in developing Environmental Aspects Identification, Environmental Impact Assessment, and control matrices for organizational processes. · Coordinate execution of monitoring of occupational agents and follow up on recommendations. · Client validation of our HSE management instruments. · Preparation of the annual occupational health and safety plan.
