Communication of workers' needs On behalf of our client, a company engaged in mineral exploration and exploitation, we are seeking a Technical Human Resources Manager: Professional Profile: Technical degree in Administration or Human Resources Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processing Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel Main Responsibilities: Timekeeping and attendance control processes. Delivery of pay slips and labor documents. Support in timekeeping coordination with staff signatures for camp food services. Communicate the mining camp workers' needs to their direct supervisors.
