REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a mine assistant in artisanal or conventional mining. Experience in physically demanding roles such as construction assistant, civil works, or similar activities will also be considered. Availability to work under the mining work regime of 28 days on / 14 days off. Willingness to reside in the camp during workdays. Preference for candidates from highland or coastal regions with prior mining experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in operational tasks within the mine. Haul and transport materials. Support drillers and other operational personnel. Comply with the company’s established safety procedures. BENEFITS: Inclusion in the payroll from day one.
