Emphasis on safety, planning, and results On behalf of our client, a small-scale mining company, we are looking for a Mining Operations Supervisor with the following profile: Professional Profile: Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in underground mine operations. Experience in mining project management and execution. Strong knowledge of short-term operational planning and control. Knowledge of mining safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in production and performance indicators. Proficiency in mining software (Desirable: AutoCAD, Deswik, MinePlan or others). Key Responsibilities: Supervise and control daily underground mine operations, ensuring compliance with the production plan. Coordinate the execution of operational activities (drilling, blasting, hauling, ground support, etc.). Verify compliance with safety and occupational health standards in the field. Monitor and report production indicators, progress, and deviations. Propose operational process improvements to optimize time and resources.
