Safety Engineer **1. Academic Qualifications** * Licensed and certified Industrial, Environmental, Mining, or related Engineering graduate. **2. Work Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in civil works since professional licensure. **3. Technical Competencies:** * Knowledge of current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendments, Law No. 29783). * Proficiency in Continuous IPERC, ATS, PETS, PETAR, and high-risk work permits; execution of COLPA. **4. Personal Competencies:** * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field personnel. * Decision-making under pressure. * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and adaptability. **6. Main Responsibilities:** * Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. * Conducting daily field inspections. * Verifying high-risk work permits. * Delivering safety inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * Preparing reports, tracking findings, and investigating incidents. * Ensuring compliance with our client’s safety standards. **7. Desired Conditions:** * Availability to work under an atypical 20x10 schedule. * Residency in Trujillo city or nearby areas including Pataz. **8.
