Promotion of harmonious relationships and operational continuity MINING OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB OBJECTIVE Comprehensively manage the mine's administrative operations to ensure efficient use of resources, operational continuity, and maintenance of harmonious community relations through assertive communication. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise the overall administrative management of the mining unit. Monitor operational costs and area-specific budgets. Coordinate with logistics for procurement of supplies, materials, and equipment. Supervise compliance with labor and administrative obligations. Prepare management reports. Coordinate with mining, processing plant, maintenance, and safety departments. Ensure operational continuity by preventing shutdowns. Supervise adherence to production plans. Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions. Participate in operational activity planning. Act as a mediator in situations of tension or disagreement. Promote trust-based and mutually cooperative relationships. Coordinate social support initiatives (donations, activities, community programs). Facilitate dialogue forums between the company and the community. Track fulfillment of commitments made. Report social risks to senior management. Promote compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. Ensure respect for community culture and customs. Represent the company before external entities when required. Support internal and external audits. Supervise camps, staff meals, and employee welfare. Participate in annual budget preparation. Perform other duties assigned by management.
