Job Summary: We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee calcium oxide production, optimizing resources while ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and monitor key operations at the industrial plant. 2. Develop and supervise operational, production, and procurement plans. 3. Monitor performance indicators to support decision-making. A well-established company engaged in the production and commercialization of calcium oxide is seeking a **PLANT MANAGER – HUAMACHUCO\- TAYANGA, MARCABAL DISTRICT \- LA LIBERTAD**, to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred). * Minimum 5 years of experience as Plant Manager or in similar roles within industrial production plants. * Experience managing personnel (minimum 30 people). * Knowledge of crushing and grinding processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Specialization in production planning, production control, personnel management, or related fields. * Training in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control (HIRAC) and MATPEL. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure execution of the lime and dispatch production plan by optimizing resources, guaranteeing quality and adherence to delivery timelines. * Monitor operations across all key areas (quarry, kilns, selection, dispatch, plant maintenance, equipment), verifying scheduled activities are performed in terms of quantity, quality, and timing. * Develop, validate, and supervise operational, production, procurement, and dispatch plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (production, quality, safety, and sustainability), generating periodic reports to support decision-making. * Prepare the Environmental Commitment Plan and ensure compliance with legal requirements for the unit, including mining and industrial permits. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime. * All statutory benefits.
