Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and controlling the field collection agents team and portfolio recovery, ensuring target achievement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and supervises field collection teams. 2. Ensures achievement of portfolio recovery targets. 3. Opportunities for professional development and growth. Responsible for monitoring and supervising the field collection agents team and accounts receivable, including portfolios originated from credit sales. * Field visits to ensure the collection agents and verifiers meet team targets. * Ensures achievement of portfolio recovery targets aligned with the zone-specific strategy. * Verifies compliance with collection and renegotiation processes, including their status and documentation.
