**PROFILE: RESIDENT ENGINEER** **Position:** Resident Construction Engineer **Work Location:** Province of Pataz, La Libertad Region **1\. Academic Qualifications** * Civil Engineer, licensed and registered. **2\. Work Experience** * Minimum 5 years of verifiable post-licensing experience in the execution and/or supervision of civil works. * Knowledge of cost control, quantity surveying, progress billing, construction scheduling (MS Project or similar), and field personnel management. **3\. Technical Skills** * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications. * Knowledge of quality control for materials and construction methods. * Proficiency in engineering software: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel. **4\. Personal Skills** * Decision-making under pressure and in complex environments. * Results-oriented with goal achievement focus. * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field workers. * High responsibility, commitment, and adaptability. **5\. Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise the overall execution of the project according to drawings, technical specifications, and approved schedule. * Prepare progress billing, quantity surveys, technical reports, and monthly photo reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Represent the company before supervisory bodies, clients, and local authorities. **6\.
