Academic Qualifications** * Registered and licensed Industrial, Environmental, Mining, or related Engineering degree. **2\. Work Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in civil works since professional registration. **3\. Technical Competencies:** * Familiarity with current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendment, Law No. 29783). * Proficiency in Continuous IPERC, ATS, PETS, high-risk work permits, and COLPA execution. **4\. Personal Competencies:** * Effective communication with supervisors, contractors, and field personnel. * Decision-making under pressure * High sense of responsibility, commitment, and adaptability **6\. Key Responsibilities:** * Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Conducting daily field inspections. * Verifying high-risk work permits. * Delivering inductions, trainings, and safety talks. * Preparing reports, tracking findings, and investigating incidents. * Ensuring compliance with our client's safety standards. **7\.
